Q 1. What is the datesheet of AHPS Olympiads 2019-20 at the School Level?

Q 2. Where can we get the information related to Olympiads such as forms, last date,etc. ?

Answer

Every information pertaining to Olympiads is available on https://www.academicheights.in/olympiad/. Please note that all communication will be done online, including filling the registration forms, submission of participation fee, participants’ details, etc.

Q 3. Can we register the names of participants by sending hard copies to the Registered Office?

Answer

No, the participation form must be filled and uploaded online only. The Registered Office will not accept any hard copies or list of participants through email in any format.

Q 4. What is the last date for online registration?

Answer

The last date for registration is 31st August, 2019.

Q 5. What is the participation fee for AHPS Olympiads 2019-20?

Answer

The participation fee for School Level Olympiads is Rs 150 + Taxes (18%) per student, per subject.

The participation fee for National Level Olympiads is Rs 150 + Taxes (18%) per student in the subject he/she is eligible/qualified.

Q 6. Is the participation fee refundable?

Answer

No, the participation fee is non-refundable.

Q 7. Can a student participate in more than one subject?

Answer

Yes, a student can participate in more than one subject.

Q 8.Will anyone from the Registered Office be available at the time of examination?

Answer

No, the school will nominate their own teacher-coordinator for the Olympiads. In case of any query or information regarding the Olympiads, the teacher can coordinate and communicate directly with the Registered Office or Relationship Officer.

Q 9.The students of which classes are eligible to appear for Olympiads 2019-20?

Answer

Please note that from this year onwards, students of classes III to X are eligible to appear for Olympiads 2019-20.

Q 10.Can a student shade the OMR with black/grey marker?

Answer

No, the OMR sheet submitted should be only shaded only with a pencil, black pen or blue pen.

Q 11.When will sample questions for practice be available?

Answer

Sample Question Papers are available on the website under the menu ‘sample paper’. Please select your class and download the sample paper.

Q 12.What is the nature of questions in AHPS Olympiads 2019-20?

Answer

All the questions are objective type with multiple choices. Students have to mark their answers on the OMR sheet provided to them by the Registered Office.

Q 13.When can the OMR sheets and papers be sent to the Registered Office?

Answer

The schools must send the OMR sheets of all the participants to the Registered Office within two days of conducting the Olympiad. This will ensure that it reaches the Registered Office in the next five days.

Q 14.What is new about AHPS Olympiads 2019-20?

Answer

From this year onwards, the Registered Office is introducing a new subject for AHPS Olympiads i.e., Life Skills.
