About The Mega Event

AHPS Mega Event is an amalgamation of competitions in the field of Academics, Fine Arts, Performing Arts and Sports that focuses on the holistic development of the young challengers.

Importance Of This Event

Competitions provide a huge platform to our young generation to showcase their potential and talent. This helps in developing the right aptitude and competitive skills.

Reason For Joining

AHPS Mega Competitions groom students to compete fairly, develop sporting spirit, share, learn, care and work as a team, which promotes a cohesive and progressive society and nation.

Being in the education sector, we feel it is our responsibility to provide a national stage to the future generation. Mega Event has been conceptualized with a vision to nurture the budding talent and help them bloom to shine in their respective fields. We instill the qualities that we want in our future leaders.

Pillars Of Motivation

To encourage and motivate our students we have famous personalities like Padma Shri Milkha Singh (2015), Padma Shri P.T. Usha (2016) and Padma Bhushan Abhinav Bindra (2017) and Padma Shri
P. V. Sindhu (2018) graced our events as the Chief Guests.

India is a country of diversity. Mega event is a national event where students from different regions participate and compete with each other. They get the opportunity to learn and explore different cultures and values.

Opening of the Registration

The enrollment process begins from 1st July 2022. All the formalities regarding the event will be done online, including filling the registration forms, doing submissions, making payments, giving confirmations, presenting a list of participants, etc. The registration form is available on Bachpan AHPS 360 school portal.

Closing of the Registration

The last date of online registration for the event is 31st July, 2022. Before filling the form, each and every school needs to register on Bachpan AHPS 360 application. For any support or assistance, please contact your Relationship Officer. Our technical support team will provide end-to-end support during the registration process.

Opening Ceremony

The Grand opening of the event will begin with an auspicious lamp lighting ceremony. All the schools must report at the venue by 12:30 p.m. on 7th Oct. 2022 and collect the Program Itinerary from the Reception Area.

Day of the Competitions

The competitions under each category will be held on 8th October 2022. The entire program, including all the competitions will be mentioned in the Program Itinerary. It is mandatory for all the participants to wear their chest number during their respective events.

Closing Ceremony/Prize Distribution

The event will culminate on 9th October 2022. The Chief Guest will address and motivate the students. The Prize Distribution Ceremony will begin with the facilitation of meritorious students and end with announcing the winner of the Champions Trophy. We will also provide the Certificate of Participation of each student to their respective schools.
